A Form is a public page where someone leaves their details. Each Response arrives as a Contact, with their Company if they gave it. You do not need an account to answer, and neither does whoever answers.

Ask for it

Create a form to request a demo with name, work email, company and how many people they are. Leave it as a draft.
Your assistant builds the questions and which field each goes to. Every form needs at least one required question for email or phone.
Publish it.
Your assistant publishes only when you ask, and it needs the link to your company’s privacy notice.

How you share it

Three doors:
  1. The public link, shaped like trybrein.com/f/…. Copy it.
  2. Embedded in your site, with a code snippet.
  3. From your server, if you want it to look like the rest of your page.
The last two are in Forms for developers.

See the responses

How many responses came in this week and who are they?
You see names and companies, never emails or phones: those you see on your Brein screen.

What a form does not do

  • It does not email whoever answers.
  • It does not spend credits.
  • It does not enroll them in a Sequence. You decide that.
  • Whoever asked to delete their data is not saved.
  • Whoever unsubscribed from email enters your contacts, but receives no Sequences.
Forms without the “Made with Brein” badge are on the paid plans.
