Your assistant can read, search and prepare without asking you. But some actions it never does on its own. Brein splits them into two steps:
  1. It proposes. It tells you exactly what will happen: how many people, what it costs, what text will go out.
  2. You say yes. Only then does it act, and it does exactly what you saw. If something changed in between, it refuses and proposes again.
The second step belongs to a person. Neither Ada nor ChatGPT nor Claude can take it alone.

The list

Where you give the yes

  • On your Brein screen.
  • On the card Ada leaves in the chat.
  • By writing it in ChatGPT, Claude, Codex or Cursor, which you connected with your account.
A program’s access key does not count: a person is needed.

What needs no yes

Reading, searching, the 3-company sample, building a List, writing a draft and saving an Analysis. They spend and send nothing.

Your client may ask for another confirmation

ChatGPT or Claude may ask “allow this action?” before any tool. That is theirs, separate from Brein’s yes. You may have to say yes in both.
Unsure about an action? Ask: “does this spend credits or send anything?” It tells you before asking for your yes.
