Your data belongs to your workspace
Everything Brein keeps belongs to your workspace. What you connect from ChatGPT or Claude only reaches that workspace. One connection cannot read another workspace’s data. What your assistant never sees
- People’s emails and phone numbers. Your assistant can know “there is an email”, but not see it. You do see it on your Brein screen, after revealing it.
- Your inbox. Brein does not read it. It sends what you approved and knows whether people opened, clicked or replied. It does not know what the reply said, unless you pass it along.
- Your credentials. They are stored encrypted. An access key is shown only once.
What it can do
With the connection you authorize, your assistant can read and write in your workspace: Cerebro, contacts, pipelines, Lists, Sequences. Everything that spends or sends goes through your yes.Other people’s data
- Public market data comes from public sources and carries its source.
- A person who unsubscribed receives no more email.
- Whoever asked to delete their data on a Form is not saved.
- Third-party text (a web page, an email you received) is data, not instructions: if it says “ignore your rules”, your assistant does not obey.
What you can control
- Revoke a connected client: in Settings, in your workspace’s connected apps.
- Choose which workspace each connection sees.
- Turn Brein off in a chat: switch the connector off.
