Every form has one public link, built from its public_id:
Anyone with the link can answer. You do not need an account, and neither do they.
  • The form must be Publicado. A Borrador has no door: the link answers 404.
  • A Pausado form still opens, but without questions: it does not accept Respuestas until you publish it again.
  • Sharing the link does not send email and does not spend credits.
Open Compartir → Enlace to copy it. This link is the first of the three doors; to place the form inside your own site use Embed on your site, and to send from your backend use Send from your server.

What the visitor sees

A single column with your workspace brand, the form’s questions, the privacy notice, and your success message after they send.
