A Formulario is a public page where someone leaves their details. Every Respuesta reaches your workspace through the same contact engine as an import: it fills what is empty and never overwrites what you already have. A form never emails the person who answered and never spends credits. Create forms from Formularios in the sidebar. Forms live in folders, like Reportes. New forms start as a Borrador, and a draft has no public door.

The ten question types

Every form needs at least one required Correo or Teléfono question: without identity there is no contact.

Where each answer goes

Each question points at a Campo of an object, or at the note. The editor calls this Va a:
  • Contacto: Nombre, Puesto, Correo, Teléfono, or one of your workspace’s own contact fields.
  • Empresa: Nombre or Sitio.
  • Oportunidad: Monto or Cierre.
  • Nota: keep the answer in the note only.
The question’s type has to fit its destination: an Enlace can fill the company Sitio, a Moneda fills the opportunity Monto, a Fecha fills Cierre, and a Correo or Teléfono can only fill those two contact fields.

What happens when someone answers

A form writes to the CRM only:
  • Contacto. A new contact, or the existing one whose email or phone matches. It follows the Completar policy: it fills empty fields and never overwrites a value you already have.
  • Empresa. Linked by the email’s non-free domain, or by the website the person left.
  • Nota. One note, “Llenó «title»”, with the answers and where they came from.
  • Lista. If you chose a list in Al enviar, the contact joins it.
  • Oportunidad. If you chose a board and stage, an opportunity is created with origin Formulario.
  • Aviso. If you chose a member in Al enviar, they get one email with a link to the Respuesta.
A form never signs anyone into a Secuencia, never runs a Rutina, never emails the person who answered, and never spends credits.

Response states

  1. Recibida. It arrived and is waiting to be processed.
  2. Procesada. It reached the CRM.
  3. Por decidir. The email or phone matches more than one contact. Open it, pick the right contact, or create a new one.
  4. Rechazada. The person had asked to suppress their data; nothing is kept.
  5. Fallida. Writing to the CRM failed. Open it, read Qué falló, and Reintentar. Brein already retries a few times with backoff.

Publish, pause, or keep a draft

  • Borrador. No public door. Only you see it.
  • Publicado. The link and any embed work. Editing a published form changes what visitors see.
  • Pausado. The link still opens, but without questions, and no Respuesta is accepted.
To publish, the form needs its required identity question and, if you chose Avisar a, a member of the workspace. A Borrador is never public: the link and the server both answer 404.
