# How do I review what my assistant did?

> How to check where each fact came from, what was saved and what you can undo.

A good assistant lets you review. In Brein almost everything it does leaves a trace.

## Ask it

> What did you do? Tell me what you created, what you changed and what you spent.

> Where did you get this fact?

> How many were left out and why?

An assistant that does not know should say so. If it makes up a source, do not trust it.

## Look for yourself

| If it did this | Where you check it |
| - | - |
| Built a List | **Prospecting**. The List stays there as the origin even if you revealed everyone. |
| Revealed contacts | **Contacts**: the **Origin** column and filter say "Revealed from List X". Your balance drops in **Settings → Billing**. |
| You imported a file | **Contacts** and **Companies**, filtered by the Import. It can be undone entirely. |
| Moved opportunities | Your pipeline. Each opportunity keeps its change history. |
| Wrote a Sequence | Its preview shows each exact email. Its metrics, who opened and replied. |
| Made an Analysis | It opens with its date, its figures and the source of each block. A snapshot older than 7 days is flagged. |
| Built a Report | Its charts are computed when you open them. |
| Wrote in Cerebro | **Cerebro**: the document with its version. |

## What you can undo

* An **Import** can be undone entirely.
* An **archived** contact or company can be unarchived. Nothing is deleted by accident.
* An active Sequence can be **paused** or **canceled**.
* An Analysis or Report can be deleted, and it does not change your data.
* What spends credits cannot be undone, but an email that was not found is refunded.

## Three habits

1. Before saying yes to something that spends or sends, read what it shows you: the amount and the text.
2. Start with small batches: a List of 20, not 100.
3. Tell it what you liked and what you did not. If the criteria changed, ask it to update [your Cerebro](/work/cerebro).
