# What do I ask first?

> Six requests to try Brein with your assistant, from the safest to the most valuable.

Talk normally. You do not need commands or tool names. Start with what spends nothing and build up from there.

## 1. See where you stand

> Which Brein workspace am I using and what plan do I have?

It only reads. It confirms you are in the right workspace.

## 2. Teach it what you sell

> Read what my Cerebro has about my offer and my ideal customer. If something is missing, ask me and write it down.

An assistant that knows who you sell to searches better. More in [teach it your criteria](/work/cerebro).

## 3. Ask for a sample of customers

> Find me food manufacturers in Nuevo León, and who decides purchasing at each.

It shows you **3 example companies** before building anything. It is free. If you like them, say "build the list". The whole path: [prospecting](/work/prospect).

## 4. Understand a market

> Who wins the cleaning contracts at IMSS and how much did they win last year?

It uses public government data. More in [government market](/work/government).

## 5. Check your pipeline

> How is my pipeline doing and which opportunities are stuck?

A stuck opportunity is an open one with no activity in 14 days. More in [moving your pipeline](/work/pipeline).

## 6. Prepare an email (without sending it)

> Write a three-email sequence for my contacts in the List "Alimentos NL".

It leaves you a **draft**. Nothing goes out until you say yes. More in [writing a sequence](/work/sequence).

<Tip>
If your request is ambiguous, your assistant asks before acting. That is normal. "Base" and "business", for example, can mean several things.
