# Jotform

> Each submission of a Jotform form creates their Contact and their Company.

## What it brings into Brein

Each submission creates or fills in a **Contact** and their **Company** by the email domain. If you ask at connect time, it also opens an **Opportunity**.

| From Jotform | Goes to |
| - | - |
| First and last name from the name field | Contact name |
| Email field | Contact email |

## Connect it

Jotform does not sign its notices. Brein protects the Integration with a **secret address**: whoever does not have it cannot send notices.

<Steps>
  <Step title="In Brein">
    Go to **Settings → Integrations → Connect → Jotform**. Copy the **secret address**. It is shown only once.
  </Step>

  <Step title="In Jotform">
    In the Form Builder, click **Settings** in the orange bar at the top. Go to **Integrations**, search for **Webhooks** and click its icon. Paste the address in **Add WebHook**, click **Complete Integration** and then **Finish**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Submit the form">
    Fill in your form. You will see the Arrival in Brein.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Which events to choose

None. Jotform sends one notice per submission.

## Limits

* Jotform sends the data as a form and puts the answers in a field called `rawRequest`. Brein reads it for you.
* Each question's key in Jotform carries the question number (`q3_nombre`) and changes from form to form. The template looks for `name.first`, `name.last` and `email`. If your form uses other keys, the first submission may end up **not understood**, and its fields show up as **new fields, undecided**. Assign them and reprocess.
* If you rotate the secret address, update the webhook in Jotform.
